people are saying they’ve been having emails about reprints. But I emailed tracking yesterday asking for my tracking number and they still haven’t sent me it.
Just worried cos they were so fast at replying last time, should i email them from another address?

Check all your spam etc and make sure you're not emailing from any encrypted email services such as Protonmail.
I wouldn't email from another address either as they won't give you any information as you never placed the order with that email.
