Ships from Spain, with not much in the way of stealth (although you can ask him for peace of mind to use stealth) but Spain and the UK are (currently) both in the EU so there's pretty much no worries at customs.

His timing can fluctuate, but a week after he ships them is a good rule of thumb to manage your expectations
