Lol, you could mean one of two things. No raised text, or laminate over the raised text. Both options are worse than what is already being done bro (by quite some margin too)
I thought he laminated over raised text so it couldn't be scratched off? I must be mistaken. What's the actual thing he does then?

Hi looking to buy an ID from FakeIDUK, been in contact with him on Wickr, i dont live in the UK so they arent as educated on british ID’s do you think it is passable?

At times he may be unprofessional, but generally he's trustworthy.
